1. Courier Pick-Up

The final step is to call City-Link Express to arrange for a pick-up.

For City-Link Express account holders, kindly call our Customer Service Personnel and indicate your account number. Then inform our personnel if the shipment is ready for collection and what time it can be collected. Also, indicate if you are sending a parcel or document so that we can arrange for the appropriate vehicle. If your shipment requires special handling, kindly inform our Customer Service Personnel .

For customers without a City-Link Express account and paying by cash, kindly provide exact change when our pick-up courier arrives to collect your shipment. Our couriers do not carry change with them and your assistance will avoid any inconveniences. An official receipt will be provided upon request.

Once your shipment is ready for pick-up, kindly call the telephone numbers below.

For Klang Valley customers, please call 1300-88-2489 or +603 - 5569 2199 to arrange for pick-up.

For customers outside of Klang Valley, kindly contact your nearest City-Link Express Service Centre .

2. Lodge-In

Should you find it more convenient to send your shipment to us, City-Link Express is located in accessible locations with convenient parking spots for your convenience.
