We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us +603-5565 8399 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the exchange product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or contacts, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product purchase, by delivering the new product and collection of the defective items by our dedicated City-Link Express personal.

You can request for a refund for a duplicate booking if
i) You have accidentally made more than one (1) booking for the same shipper, destination, date, and time OR
ii) Accidentally made the same booking after 24 hours OR
iii) Used a different payment method which resulted in two bookings with different booking numbers
