Q1: If I do not have my consignment number, can City-Link Express still check for my shipment?
A1: It may be possible to check for the shipment if you know who is the sender and the date they courier the shipment; whether it is a parcel or document. Do keep in mind that without the consignment number, manual tracking will take time. We advise you to keep your consignment number ready to ensure faster tracking, if you
are expecting an urgent shipment.
Q2: After entering
my consignment number, I received an 'INVALID CONSIGNMENT NUMBER' message on my computer screen.
A2: That message will occur when you have typed in an invalid consignment number. Please note that City-Link Express consignment number consist of 15 digits. No alphabets or symbols.
Q3: Can I save my search results?
A3: Yes, you can. After entering your consignment number, the search results will appear. There is an option to save the results as a Adobe PDF file.
There is even an option within the website to save your consignment numbers, so that when you visit our website again, the consignment numbers are already there. Please take note that the system will only save your last keyed entries.
Q4: Can I enter more than 10 consignment number?
A4: Yes, you may enter up to 30 consignment notes at a time, one per line.
Q5: Is it possible to find out who signed for my shipment?
A5: Yes, it is possible. All receivers are required to sign our Proof of Delivery (POD) copy. This copy will be scanned and uploaded into our system. It will be available for viewing for 3 months from the date of delivery. After 3 months, the image will be archived and you will need to make a request to our Customer Service Department to request for it.
Q6: Why can't I see the Proof of Delivery (POD)?
A6: This feature is only available for City-Link Express account holders. To enquire on how to be an account holder, kindly

From the date of delivery, it takes between 2 to 3 working days to scan the image and upload to our system.
Q7: Can I get an overview of all the shipments I have couriered within a particular month?
