Empowering Deliveries, Connecting the Nation
The 2nd Year of Hari Kurier Negara (National Courier Day) was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Shah Alam Convention Centre, uniting industry leaders, government representatives, and courier professionals nationwide.
The celebration recognized the dedication of over 136,000 courier heroes who play a vital role in strengthening Malaysia’s logistics and digital economy.
A Day of Recognition and Collaboration
This year’s theme, “Merakyatkan Penghantaran, Menghubungkan Negara” — Empowering Deliveries, Connecting the Nation — reflects the industry’s mission to make courier services more people-centered, inclusive, and accessible across all regions of Malaysia.
City-Link Express’s Group CEO and President of the Association of Malaysian Express Carriers (AMEC), Mr. Ronald Tan, delivered a keynote speech highlighting the spirit of collaboration and the importance of building a sustainable courier ecosystem.
“Every parcel tells a story of trust and connection. As an industry, our goal is to make courier services accessible and beneficial to all Malaysians — connecting communities, supporting businesses, and driving the digital economy forward,” he shared.
Strengthening the Courier Ecosystem
One of the major highlights of Hari Kurier Negara 2025 was the introduction of the Courier Network Sharing Framework — a collaborative initiative designed to improve connectivity, optimize resources, and promote fair competition within the courier industry.
This framework establishes Malaysia as a regional leader in shared logistics infrastructure, promoting sustainable growth, efficiency, and nationwide coverage.
In addition, the Code of Practice for Postal Services (CPPS) launched by the Ministry of Communications marks a key milestone toward better governance, transparency, and accountability — ensuring quality, safety, and reliability across the industry.
Moving Forward Together
City-Link Express remains committed to supporting initiatives that foster innovation, strengthen governance, and enhance collaboration between courier operators — ensuring a sustainable future for Malaysia’s logistics landscape.
“Let us move forward — not as competitors, but as partners — building a stronger, more connected Malaysia,” said Mr. Tan in his closing remarks.
As one of the nation’s leading courier companies, City-Link Express is proud to continue driving industry excellence while connecting people, businesses, and communities — for a greener, smarter, and more connected Malaysia.
Selamat Hari Kurier Negara 2025!
Here’s to a more connected, sustainable, and people-centered delivery ecosystem for all Malaysians.
