We are proud to inform that our driver representing City-Link Express was chosen as one of the winners to receive the Courier Industry Staff Excellence Award that was held on 4th of July 2023 recently. The award was given during the Courier Industry Appreciation Day 2023 organized by both Postal Forum and Association of Malaysian Express Carriers as an opportunity to reward outstanding courier staff who have shown exceptional performance, dedication, and commitment to their work. The nominated employees were evaluated based on several criteria, such as leadership, innovation, and impact on the industry, to be selected as – finalists, before one (1) is chosen as the Ace of the Courier Industry Staff Excellence Award.

The handover was done by the Minister of Communications and Digital, YB Fahmi Fadzil, accompanied by the Association of Malaysian Express Carriers President, Mr. Teong Teck Lean, and Chief Operating Officer of Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia, Dato’ Mohd Ali Hanafiah Mohd Yunus. We at City-Link Express as well as the organizers hope that this could motivate and inspire the industry to continue providing the best service in the journey towards the first-class quality of service for the people and nation.
