We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our service charges to INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS only.
Due to the surge in operational costs during peak demand periods, an additional 4% will be applied to the current Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS). This will take effect from 1 October 2026 through 28 February 2027.
This adjustment is necessary to maintain the high standards of service and reliability that we are committed to provide. It reflects additional costs imposed by our international partners, and while we have made every effort to absorb these increases, the charges have exceeded what we can reasonably sustain internally.
