To make your shipping experience with us a pleasure, we have prepared a step-by-step guide for customers on how to ship with City-Link Express. Feel free to browse through this informative guide.

In compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines, below is the full listing of prohibited items / goods that are not allowed to be loaded on an airplane. Please refer to this guideline before sending your shipments.

At City-Link Express, we provide packing materials to all our customers to ensure that your shipment is well protected.

Please visit our SHOP WITH US, contact our Customer Service or visit your nearest City-Link Express branch to get your supplies. Charges may apply for special packaging.

City-Link Express couriers will make deliveries based on the address given on the consignment note. Please provide the correct delivery address and advise your recipient to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.

If available, also provide the receiving person’s contact number. This will enable us to call the recipient directly and arrange for a re-delivery if no one is around to sign for the shipment.

Should you receive a shipment in less than perfect condition, you have the right not to acknowledge the shipment. On the back of the consignment, please provide your signature to indicate that our courier made the delivery attempt to your address.

As a City-Link Express account holder, you will receive an invoice from us at month end, to show your monthly usage and outstanding balance.

City-Link Express reserves the right to impose fuel and other surcharges on shipments without notice. The amount and duration of any such surcharges will be determined at our sole discretion. By tendering your shipments to City-Link Express, you agree to pay the surcharges, as determined by City-Link Express.

Be updated on our latest service alerts that may affect the delivery time of your shipment. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which might affect delivery of your shipment, we apologize for the delay and will try our best to ensure the delivery of your shipment as quickly as possible.
